Recipe for Mango Lassi

This mango Lassi recipe is suitable for everyone in the family. Depending on the level of sweetness you like, you can change the amount of sugar /honey to your preference.

1 cup plain yoghurt

1 ripe mango (Peeled and chopped)

½ cup of milk

¼ ice cubes

4 teaspoons of sugar /honey

¼ teaspoon cardamom powder

 

Method

Combine the mango, sugar, yoghurt, ice cubes and milk cubes in a blender and blend to a smooth consistency.

 Pour into glasses and sprinkle a pinch of cardamom into each glass and serve

You may refrigerate for a few hours if you want your mango lassi extra cold
