Ingredients
½ kg minced chicken
1 large onion diced
1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon chicken masala
1 teaspoon curry powder
Salt
2 cups of Dosa batter
Oil
Method
1. Heat oil in a skillet and fry the onions
2. When the onions turn translucent, add in the ginger, garlic paste
3. Add in the cleaned chicken mince and fry until it turns brownish.
4. Add in the turmeric powder, chicken masala, curry powder and salt
5. Mix well and set aside
6. Put a frying pan on medium heat and add oil
7. Add in a scoop of the Dosa batter and spread in a circular motion to form a thin layer, when the batter is evenly spread, and the top part of the Dosa has held together, (The bottom part should have cooked to a golden brown color), place a tablespoon or two of the chicken filling in the middle of the Dosa and fold once, remove and set aside.
8. Cook the remaining batter the same way
9. Serve Dosa with a cup of hot coffee!
