Ingredients
1/3 cup granulated sugar
2½ cups whole milk
1/8 teaspoon salt
14.3 (405g) ounce Oreo biscuits (set four cookies aside and crushed/break the rest into small pieces)
2 ¼ cups whole milk
3 tablespoons corn flour
5 tablespoons of butter
150g white chocolate thinly sliced
150g brown chocolate thinly sliced
1 ½ cups fresh cream
Method
1. Pour milk in a skillet and add in the sugar and salt
2. Stir until the milk has boiled
3. Add in the white chocolate and stir for the chocolate to dissolve
4. Mix the corn flour with a little cold water to make a paste then add in the mixture and stir until the whole mixture boils.
5. Remove from heat and set aside
6. Divide the crushed biscuits into two equal parts
7. Take one part and add it in the pudding mixture and mix well and set aside ( This is your second layer )
8. Place the remaining biscuits into a bowl
9. Melt the butter and pour into the bowl of the crushed biscuits and mix well, set aside
10. Place the sliced brown chocolate in a bowl
11. Boil the fresh cream and pour it onto the chocolate and mix well until the chocolate is fully dissolved. Set aside.
12. Place four glasses on the surface and in each glass serve as follows :
13. Fill a third of the glass with the mixture of biscuits and butter
14. The second layer of the pudding mixture should come to two thirds of the glass.
15. Fill the remaining third of the glass with the fresh cream and brown chocolate mixture
16. Place an Oreo biscuit on top
17. Repeat the same for the remaining three glasses and enjoy!
