Ingredients
2 cups of rice
4 cups of luke warm water
2 tablespoons coconut
oil/olive oil
1 medium sized onion
finely grated
2 cloves of garlic
finely grated
Salt
1 teaspoon chicken
seasoning
2 teaspoons turmeric powder
½ teaspoon garam masala
Method
1.
Place a skillet on medium heat and add
in the oil

Fry the onion and garlic until the onions
turn translucent
3.
Add in the chicken seasoning, garam
masala, turmeric powder and salt and fry for a minute.
4.
Add in the rice and mix evenly
5.
Add in the water and as soon as it
begins to boil, lower the heat and cook the rice under low heat until all the
water has evaporated.
6.
Serve your yellow rice as desired.
