Ingredients
3 eggs
2 slices of ham cut into pieces
½ cup sour cream
100g grated cheese
1 small tomato diced
1/8 cup sour cream
½ cup mushrooms
Tortilla wraps
1 teaspoon white pepper
Butter
Method
1. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and ½ cup of sour cream, add in the ham and mix well.
2. Add salt and half a teaspoon of white pepper and mix thoroughly.
3. Place a skillet on heat and melt two tablespoons of butter and scramble the egg mixture
4. Transfer to a bowl and set aside.
5. Add a tablespoon of butter on the skillet and sauté the mushrooms, season with salt and pepper and set aside.
6. Turn of the heat
7. In a clean working surface, take a tortilla wrap, spread a teaspoon of sour cream on the surface, add a tablespoon or two of the scrambled egg, a teaspoon of grated cheese, mushroom, a little tomato and wrap to form a roll. Seal the edges with wheat flour paste.
8. Wrap the egg rolls in kitchen paper and freeze for a few minutes.
9. Heat a clean skillet on a pan.
10. Melt three tablespoons of butter and fry the rolls until golden brown on each side.
11. Remove from heat and serve!
