Ingredients
1 whole chicken divided
into four
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon paprika
paste
1 level teaspoon thyme
1 teaspoon oregano
1 tablespoon ground
garlic and ginger paste
1 tablespoon olive oil
ΒΌ cup lemon juice
250 g butter
Method
1.
Place the chicken in a bowl

Sprinkle salt, pepper, oregano, paprika,
thyme, ginger and garlic paste , olive oil and lemon juice

Mix thoroughly
4.
Cover with a cling film and set aside to
marinate for at least one hour
5.
Heat a skillet under medium heat
6.
Add in the butter and place in the
chicken and cover for a few minutes
7.
When the bottom part is golden brown,
turn the other side and fry the same way
