Ingredients
½ kilogram liver
1 medium sized red capsicum
1 large onion
4 large tomatoes, pureed.
1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
1 cup of milk
2 tablespoons soy sauce
Oil
1 level teaspoon paprika
½ teaspoon black pepper
Method
1. Remove the membrane of the liver, wash and cut into cubes.
2. Marinade the liver in milk and soy sauce for an hour.
3. Drain the marinade after the hour is over.
4. Place a pan on moderate heat, add in the oil and fry the onions until translucent.
5. Add in the garlic and ginger, fry for two minutes then add in the liver.
6. Fry until the liver turns brownish then add in the paprika, black pepper and salt.
7. Add the tomato puree, cook until the gravy thickens and add in the cubed capsicum.
8. Cook for 2-3 minutes and turn off the heat.
9. Serve as desired.
